새로오신 브라이언 류, 중고등부 전도사님과 중고등부 학부모님들과의 온라인 미팅이 아래와 같이 있음을 알려드립니다. 전도사님 소개의 시간과 함께 새로 시작될 중고등부 대면 예배에 관한 계획과 질문/답변의 시간을 가지시려고 하니 많은 부모님들의 참여 부탁드립니다.

주소록 업데이트 / Updating contact information
중고등부 학부모님들과의 원활한 소통을 위해 새 주소록을 만들고자 합니다. 중고등부에 자녀가 있으신 부모님들께서는 아래 구글폼에 가셔서 정보를 입력해 주시기 바랍니다. (6학년 올라가는 자녀부터 12학년 올라가는 자녀까지)
We need to create a new address book for better communication with middle and high school parents. Please go to the Google form, shown below, and fill out the information if you have a child/children in middle and/or high school. (for rising 6th grader to 12th grader)

학부모 기도회 방학 / Parents Prayer Meeting Vacation
안녕하세요.
온라인으로 매주일 진행되고 있는 학부모 기도모임은 오는 주일 6월6일을 마지막으로 여름 방학동안 쉬게 됨을 알려 드립니다. 9월 새학기 시작과 함께 학부모 기도회도 다시 시작할 계획입니다. 새로 시작되는 학부모 기도모임의 자세한 사항은 추후에 다시 알려 드리겠습니다.

The Parents Prayer meeting, which has been held online on every Sunday, will not meet during the summer vacation. The last day of the meeting will be this Sunday, June 6th. We’re planning to resume it in September when the new school year starts. Details of the new Parents Prayer meeting will be sent to you in September.

Dear GLO Parents,
As some of you are aware, Bethel leadership has decided to restructure the middle school and high school ministries by integrating the two ministries under my supervision. I will oversee the entire youth ministry (6th to 12th grade), and we are in the process of searching for and hiring three part-time pastors to work within this new structure.
I believe this is the best step forward for our youth (6th to 12th grade) students as I will aim for more excitement, cohesion, and community within the student body. I look forward to getting to know and serving the middle school students, and I hope to get to know many of you. 중등부 학부모님께,
이미 아시는 분도 계시겠지만 베델교회 당회에서는 중등부와 고등부를 통합하여 운영하기로 결정하였고 제가 담당 교역자로서 섬길 것 입니다. 그래서, 저는 6학년부터 12학년까지의 학생부 총 책임을 맡을 것이며 새로운 조직을 위해 세명의 파트타임 교역자를 고용하고자 찾고 있는 중 입니다.

Need GLO/BYG Sunday School Teachers
/ 중고등부 주일학교 교사모집
GLO/BYG Sunday school time: 11:50 am - 12:50 pm (1 hour)
Teachers’ meeting: 1:00 pm on Sundays (30 minutes to 1 hour. Teachers’ meeting is not every week.)
GLO/BYG Worship service: 10:00 am - 11:30 am (teachers come to youth service on a rotational basis, about once a month.)
Sunday School materials:
Middle school - a teacher follows structured curriculum provided by Pastor Jee.
High school - a teacher will facilitate discussions, discussion questions will be provided by Pastor Jee.
Although a teacher must be able to communicate with children in English, since Pastor Jee is able to communicate in Korean (he can read and speak Korean), an individual will be able to ask him questions or write an email ([email protected]) in Korean if he/she is more comfortable in Korean.

중등부 - 전도사님이 미리 제공해주시는 교재를 따라 가르치면 됨
고등부 - 전도사님이 미리 제공해주시는 토론 문제들을 가지고 학생들과 얘기하고 지도
주일학교에서는 아이들과 영어로 소통해야하지만 John Jee 전도사님이 한국말로 의사 소통이 가능하시니 (읽고 말하시는것은 힘들지 않으시고 쓰는것만 못하신다고 하십니다) 질문이 있으시면 한국말로 물어보시거나 이메일을 ([email protected]) 보내셔도됩니다.
